At PayKare Finance, we take your privacy seriously. This policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your data in compliance with the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) guidelines and the IT Act, 2000.

1. Data Collection & Explicit Consent

We only collect data that is strictly necessary for providing loan services. We do NOT access your mobile phone resources such as contact lists, call logs, or media files without your explicit consent. All permissions are need-based and can be revoked by you at any time.

2. Data Storage & Localization

In accordance with RBI guidelines, all your personal and financial data is securely encrypted and stored on servers located only within the borders of India.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data to third-party marketers. Your data is only shared with our regulated lending partners (RBI-registered NBFCs/Banks), Credit Information Companies (like CIBIL), and authorized KYC agencies solely for the purpose of loan processing and reporting.

4. Grievance Redressal
